In England, Visiting With Ewart and Elisie Willey

Leg 2 of the vacation was spent with friends - on dry land!

After disembarking at Southampton, we got back our "land legs" with a one day stay at a hotel in London before joining our friends, Ewart and Elsie Willey, at their home in Shenfield, just northeast of London.

We spent four very relaxing days with them, enjoying an early spell of English summer. Caral and Elsie spent one of those days seeing the sights around London, while Tom and Ewart hit all the CD stores there. Much of the time, however, was spent in the Willey's magnificent garden catching up on the last fifteen years or so.
